Returning an item is straightforward:

1. Contact Art Helsinki to initiate the return process for the ordered artwork.
2. Repackage the artwork in the same manner it was received, removing the previous package card.

Once the artwork has been safely received, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount to you.

Within the EU and the Nordic Countries:

All artworks carry a 14-day return entitlement within the European Union (EU) and non-EU Nordic countries. Returns are free of charge within the Nordic region. Upon receipt of the returned artwork, the product prices will be reimbursed to the buyer within 14 days. In the event that the product sustains damage during return transit due to non-adherence to packaging instructions, Art Helsinki reserves the right to deduct the costs of repairing the product from the refund amount, either partially or entirely.

For Countries Outside the EU:

Outside the European Union, artworks carry a 7-day return window. Refer to the previous section for details on non-EU Nordic countries. Should the artwork arrive damaged, Art Helsinki will cover the return shipping costs. In all other instances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
