Fair warning

A crystalline burst amid the nocturnal blue. The title alludes to the cautionary announcement made during an art auction just prior to the closing bid. This bestowed the painting with a somewhat open conceptual foundation, which I then tailored and expanded upon. The ultimate outcome reveals nearly translucent crystals glowing in the forefront, their intensity dimming as one’s gaze traverses their distance. Meanwhile, in the backdrop, an arrangement of yellow-red flashes creates a rhythmic cadence that harmonizes the work.
